the office. Liquids simply run off its smooth surface, keeping
the contents perfectly dry. In fact, because TyvekŪ envelopes
are unaffected by moisture, common acids or bases, they're ideal
for long-term storage and archival purposes, too.

We
don't recommend trying to destroy a TyvekŪ envelope. Because
TyvekŪ envelopes are puncture- and rip-resistant, which allows
them to stand up to the sort of rough handling that envelopes
can be subjected to during mailing, shipping and delivery. That's
nice to know when you've got something important inside.

DuPont also manages a nationwide recycling program that collects
used TyvekŪ envelopes which are then recycled into other useful
materials that provide sound alternatives to the use of wood

has a higher strength-to-weight ratio than paper and other envelope
materials. It's not only significantly lighter than paper, it's
stronger. Which can be pretty important when you're sending
something heavy or bulky. And when paper gets wet it absorbs
moisture and falls apart. Amazingly, TyvekŪ doesn't. Paper can
also be torn, frayed, punctured and destroyed easily. TyvekŪ
resists all these dangers. And printing on TyvekŪ creates brilliant
results. So when you actually stop and think about it, when
you need protection, why would you choose anything but TyvekŪ
