Paper Mart will pay ground shipping charges within the contiguous United States on Great Papers® full price orders over $750. In order to qualify, seasonal and everyday orders must not be combined. Orders must be separated by ‘Everyday/ All Occasion’ Products and ‘Holiday 2016’ products (as presented in the GREAT PAPERS® 2016 Holiday Catalog)

GREAT PAPERS BACKORDERS

Out-of-stock items will be canceled. As a result, this could affect the standard for ‘free shipping’.  You will be advised of this prior to processing your order and asked for a replacement. As product is shipped on a rolling basis, please respond as soon as possible.

GREAT PAPERS RETURNS – Product returns apply to incorrect product or defective product. Returns will not be honored unless prior Paper Mart authorization is received. All returned merchandise must be in original packing and free of any markings. The request must be made within seven days of receipt-of-goods and the product must be returned to Paper Mart within 30 calendar days of receipt-of-goods. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Great Papers® Seasonal/Holiday items are not returnable.
